Maintain the weight I have already lost and slowly keep losing weight until I reach my goal.
Goal (Long):
I have been battling my weight for over six years. I have never really been skinny or have ever really felt comfortable in a bathing suit. When I transferred to college five years ago, I immediately put on the 'freshmen 15'. I had also just moved in with my boyfriend which was a double whammy to my waistline. Over the next couple of years I hit my highest weight ever and have been battling it ever since. Right now I am back at that weight and am so angry with myself for it. It is important to me that I lose weight, keep it off and get back into shape for good. I have three main goals. My goals include: 1) losing 35 pounds in less than six months, 2) going from a pants size 12 to a size 8, and 3) increasing my overall strength by 30%. The first two goals are connected because losing weight will obviously mean that I will fit into smaller sizes. However, I feel that for me equating a size with my progress is important since a major factor for me is fitting better into clothes. The third goal is something I have always wanted to do. I have always wanted to be stronger and not feel like a wimp. I feel I can complete the first two goals in six months. I would like to complete the third goal within one year. This third goal will also help me stay motivated to keep the weight off over the next year and to keep in shape.
tiffany is enthusiastic about her goals and she works her butt off every step of the way. her results these past few years have really been amazing. plus, she's got a great sense of humor about everything. on days where i just feel like i've got so much farther to go in my goals, i look to her and know she would want me to keep going.
mgoobie kicks butt and takes names! she's super dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and still remains balanced with her life and goals. she's a true inspiration everyday.

bodybuilding and fitness make me more alert, confident and energetic - all of which help me on a daily basis to focus, get things done and take action with various tasks.
I've just reached the last ten pounds and then I will hit my first goal!! I'm so excited. It's been such a great process. I've decided that no matter how long it takes me, it doesn't matter. I feel absolutely great and I think my body is finally catching up with the way I feel! I don't think...

Tuesday: back + 30 min. walking
Wednesday: 45 min. walking

Sunday: off
I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Please check it out and let me know what you think.
New progress pics of me are oploaded. Please check it out. Training video clips of me doing back and chest will be up soon. I am just finalizing the editing. Current weight 257.4lbs & 3.2% bodyfat.
yea, i struggled for a while, because i was dreading almost every workout! not good! hehe:) and i would say eating 80% clean on a consisten basis is probably better than eating 100% clean for a while then binging like crazy! i'm working on finding my balance! i need to allow myself little treats without feeling guilty, and overindulging!
yay! that's awesome! i love my workouts! especially the classes i've been doing! and it's time away from my two boys! hehe:) as much as i love them, i still need some 'me' time!:) how's your eating been?
thanks so much (comment on my blog) i have been making excuses for like four weeks now, so it was about time i took a challenge for what it was and worked through it! haha :) how are you doing!
hey, i'm doing pretty good! still working hard! yea, diets are hard for me to do! much easier to do a "lifestyle diet". i do my best to eat clean. still working out hard?
Ha! Let's just say that I've been taking some "unscheduled breaks". But hey, count moving as cardio workouts (that's what I've been doing), I've been helping a lot of friends move. Kindda makes you sore and messes up your workout routine-so yeah...it's "cardio" :p
yay! good for you!:) i guess all the 'moving' you did must have burned off all the cheating! hehe:) so now only 6.5 lbs eh?! well i weighed myself this morning, and all the clean eating must be paying off, cause i'm now 123.7. so yea, i was really happy with that! only 8lbs to go!!:)
oh man...i don't know what i'd do if i had to downsize! it just wouldn't work. lol:) well, if cheated that much, then it's pretty good that you only gained 2lbs! especially with doing a really strict diet before that! i prolly woulda gained like 5-8lbs! haha:P but just keep on going...and those 8lbs will be gone in no time! hey, maybe the week of cheating will be good for ya!:)
and i know what you mean about gaining weight really easily! i'm the same! it sucks so bad eh?! especially when i have my little binges! so i'm making a point of having my cheats, and really enjoying them and not feeling guilty about them so i can move on with eating clean! so far so good!!:)
