Peer pressure.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I used to be 160 soaking wet when i first started. I consider the results I have is a major improvement. Now the gym is my drug and i'm addicted.
How I Stay Motivated:
I take a pic of myself once a month and compare it to the magazines to work on my downfalls.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to drop from 29.9% body fat to at least 8-10%. I want to gain more mass to help define my body. My abs are somewhere under there which i'm still looking to find. Any assistance with a workout plan/ diet would be nice.

Well, as you can see, I have missed a couple days in my blog. I had my finals, and my 12 hour days have been catching up with me since we work 7 days a week. I've been in the gym since my last posting working out on chest, back, arms, and legs. I feel great. I stood on my scale yesterday...
man, you're huge. I doubt you're 29.9% bodyfat.
I think you probably got that from some weird scale based off height, weight, waist, and neck width which is all weird.
Keep up the good work.
Your pictures look good. I suggest ramping up the cardio a bit, both in duration and frequency, if you want to lose bodyfat, and watch the carbs. However, you do not look anywhere close to 29% bodyfat, and I question whether you really need to cut very much.
