How I Started:
I started working out because I was a fatty at 181lbs..(32% bf, Im only 5'5) After a 30 lbs weight loss, my weight loss plateaued...and I became a cardio bunny trying to loose the weight..and failed. Then very typically, a guy in the gym came up to me and wanted me to train for a show..i told him he was nuts and I could never give up my favorite foods...6 months later, my show diet began...
Why I Love It:
nothing better than lifting bigger weights then most guys... I love the way it makes me feel and how it makes me look..
How I Stay Motivated:
motivation is always up and down... but I love the Iron, thats why I always go back to it..
BB Accomplishments:
Competing figure in a show in 2007..(hope to do another one in the next few years..) extreme lifestyle change..

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
listen to music that makes me want to get up and dance..then i get up and dance for a bit in my room..then i hit the iron!
