Finally realized how skinny I was, so went to work out with a friend.

Gained 25 pounds so far since high school (2 years ago), in the last half year or so (when I started working out), increased every lift by a good amount, as well as gained some muscle
Somewhere between 6-4 and 12-10. I start at 6-4, and try to increase every week by 1 or 2 until I can do 12-10, then I increase weight and start around 6-4 again
