How I Started:
I began working out in high school like most guys do to the great sport of football.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because of that feeling of change and accomplishment. You get after a good session in the gym or at the park.
How I Stay Motivated:
staying motivated is simple to me I just look back at my workout jorunals or old pictures sort of a reminder that Of what I dont want to fall back to.

between 8-12, Me and my workout partner play a game called "call it" before a set you have to call out how many if you dont get it you do double with lower weight.
