I want to gain a decent amount of muscle and lose about 10%-15% bodyfat for summer 07'
Goal (Long):
I think it is everyones goal at some point in their life to be fit. Not only do you look good, but you can also live ahealthier longer life. High body fat cant be good for anyone. My reason for starting to lift/excercise is for the ladies. I mean c'mon- what woman with a pulse can not help but look at a six-pack at the beach-a nice pair of thick cut arms....Attention from the girls AND a healthier life---Im up for the challenge 100%
Just starting a new program called "basic training" featured in the Feb 2007 issue of Muscle & Fitness--since im reletavely new to the workout scene, i thought id give this 12 week program a shot
