I began working out in college, and then slacked off after graduating and working full time. Now, I have found a comfortable gym with minimal people traffic, giving me plenty of room and comfort to train as hard as a I can. I'm back into it full swing, and I feel great!
Why I Love It:
Working out allows me to forget my worries and lose my stress. I find that when I work out, I am more focused and determined. Working out makes me feel great, both physically and mentally.
