How I Started: I have always been into sports. Soccer as a kid and football and basketball in high school. So I have been lifting for about 10 years now. But only recently have been getting more into bodybuilding. The diet, the exercise, the lifestyle....
Why I Love It: I love the feeling during and after a good workout. I love seeing the way the body changes throughout the process.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by going to bodybuilding.com and reading articles and seeing pics of others.

Hey! Thanks for the comment! I read your profile and you said you want to gain 25 Lbs! You Go For It! That is a huge goal and I hope you make it. I am real deep into split sets right now. They are really intense and supposed to rip and tear your muscles to gain weight. I put my program in one of my blogs and weight program section if you want to take a look. I just redeveloped my first day and I have to redo my day two and three.
