How I Started:
I got to this website from a wingman when I was deployed in Iraq. After that, I started to get more educated on the basics of lifting, nutrition, and how to maintain everything.

I keep in mind that I have a certain look/goal to get to. Just like everything else in my life, I have to work hard to get it.
I stay focused and keep positive despite any shortfalls or walls I may encounter.
Family & Friends help keep me in line - they support me and all of my efforts.

I want to come back home from my deployment with a new healthy, fit body
Goal (Long):
Since my last deployment, I fell a bit through with my whole plans involving getting into peak shape and maintaining it.
I am motivated, and dedicated this time around to transform my body into a more fit, and muscular form.
I represent the military, and I want to show off a sense of pride as I wear my uniform and let the people know that I am ready to fight; both physically and mentally at all times.
He dedicates time and effort into changing himself. Despite his age and progress, he still continues to push through and appreciates all of the progress he makes.
I too need to kick up the cardio a bit on my routine, but I will keep my mind and body focused and dedicate my own transformation for the long run!
He went from being in good shape to being tanked! Realizing that his nutrition and lifting plans had flaws early on, he made excellent gains! I hope to do the same while I am deployed.
