I really believe the HotRox combined with my whole food diet and 20 minutes of cardio/day helped me loose the weight. My workouts were the same, lifting heavy and taking a full day break at least once a week from exercising.

i'm on bodyspace so we can learn from each other, no worries. as far as loosing the fat and dropping weight, i changed my diet from a bulking to a cutting, cut calories from 6000 to 3500, cut protein from 550 to 350 grams, fat 200 to 50, and carbs 640 to 300. Used Animal Cuts for 3 weeks and Biotest HotRox for the remainder

I like using Alpha Male by Biotest. I get the best results with that. Other than that, your best bet is to get the stuff the extremely muscular guys use. But for legal reasons, I'd stick with Alpha Male if I were you. It's costly but I feel great when I take it and I get good results

cutting, yeah i cut off 21 lbs in the last 10 weeks, its pretty cool. but i've decided not to compete due to finances.
