When I Started:
Jun, 1998
How I Started:
I got started working out when one day i realized i was fat. I was twelve years old at the time and wanted to get in shape. I got into bodybuilding after seeing pumping iron for the first time. i was amazed by arnolf shwarzneger and wanted to gain muscle and loose fat. I immedietley went to boders and started looking for book about bodybuilding i then found arnolds book of his encylepedia of bodybuilding. i was amazed and from there on out read lots of magazine, articels on the internet, like flex magazine and muscle and fitness, muscle mag, golds gym encylapedia of bodybuilding and on and on and bill phillips book fit for life i think it was call and my training started there.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it it a good stress relief, if builds confidence, fun, and its a challenge of ones will and desire to better ones self. if you can be a good bodybuilder you can do anything in life. Good bodybuilder have the mentality of a warrier. The ability toe go on even know its hurts, and go on even though on a low carb diet.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its really not a matter of staying motivated with the workout part because thats a addiction, a stress relief, there really isnt anything better then getting pumped up on a day where you slept well and ate alot of clean calories. The diet part is where i must stay motivated becuae i been doing for so long the cooking and eating clean can mentally take its toll thats why i go through it in cycles. i would say magazine and the way eating clean makes me feel. i get alot better of a workout when i and eating clean and i look better so constinetely reminding my self of the benefits of it and pumping iron because that still gets me motivated to diet and train after all of these years. Also and music
BB Accomplishments:
My bodybuilding accomplishment dont come from being on stage because i really dont know i ever want to compete on stage because for me i bodybuild for myself i want to be the best i can be. maybe someday i will enter a show but for now its pushing my self to the point where i feel like i have achieved a good workout.
Ok if you are going to powerlift make sure you periodize your workouts. This mean break up your works in cycles for weeks or months so one the body doesnt adapt to the same type of training and two so you body can heal after a intens weight lifting cycle like power lifting. The cycle consists...
Thanks. My main problem is diet. I am a fast food junkie. Working three shifts doesn't help but I have to live healthier or I probably wont live to see my kids graduate.
