went to the gym after i left school once or twice then got hooked, started to read flex and watch bodybuilding dvds and got even more attatched...

i like to look good...i like the looks i get from people and seeing the shocked faces from people who aint seen me in years!

i used to have a strict workout program and never missed a workout, but now i go by how i feel..if i feel tired one day i wont train etc. thats the effect women have on me lol
just saw your comment, i dont really do much for abs other than some hanging ones off the glute-ham machine twice a week, my compound movements like squats and deadlifts probably do more for the core than anything
Clean diet year round, consistent gym attendance
Also, I have made it a habit to constantly learn more about macro nutrients and their role in dieting.
