Friend at work decided to start on a workout plan he has had for some time laying around. He needed a partner, and we were standing watch together. We also put in time to completely redo the site's gym. We put in work to fix it up, so we put in time to push weight.
Why I Love It:
The good health and well-being one achieves from keeping committed. Nothing comes easy, and that includes being in good shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
The results from the hard work. Also being sought after by my friends for advice since they've noticed the change in my lifestyle and see that it is paying off. Always trying something new. I just started Capoeira, and I am hurting in places I didn't know I could hurt.
BB Accomplishments:
Keeping up the lifestyle. My dedication to being healthy.
This was taken right after my inking in Malaysia. I let my problems get the best of me at the time. Still have those shorts, and they fit much looser now. I was a bit over 180lbs. No definition, tire was inflating, and man-boobs where starting to take form. Yikes!!
After completing a 3rd program and achieving decent results, I will begin the LL Cool J Platinum workout. The excel spreadsheet is made, the date is set, and the intensity is on. Even though I feel I could start at the more advanced section of the program, I will stick to it from page 1....
Thanks for the nice comment on my picture :) The tags are my grandfather's. He was a Capt. in the Navy & very important at the Naval Academy. I love military guys!
