When I Started:
Sep, 2008
How I Started:
I always ran a lot for soccer but i was on 3 teams and one of the better players in the country. With all that stress on the body i got injured frequently so I needed to start doing calisthetics for rehab. Then weight lifting to strengthen the muscles to prevent injury.
Why I Love It:
It allows me quiet time, to clear my mind when im running or lifting. I'm trying to work to get my speed back. In a month and a half I want to run a 4.3 second 40 yard dash. I also love to see the difference in my physique as time goes.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want a very athletic terrell owens like physique. At the same time I want be a profesional sprinter or in the nfl so i know i have to keep working my butt off.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing my injury weight and getting my athletic build back.
Its the only one i have used and it seems to help me recover well.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i like higher reps with a medium or lower weight. It really helps strengthen the muscle well and work it out well. thats why farmers and people lifting lower weight/higher reps all day are so big and strong.i like higher reps with a medium or lower weight. Oh no much less food babe.. I normally get about 2700-3000 calories a day in my off season! I am eating about 2000 now XX
Remember smaller meals, more frequently. X
Oh yes I most definitely change my diet.. its not so much my food, its the amounts I change.. My quantities are much smaller. Eating small meals much more often, every few hours - chicken and rice! lol :)
Stick to white meat, white fish, egg whites, green veg, salad, oats.. you will soon lean up :) x
Hey dude, I eat about 4 eggs in the morning..2 whole\2 white..I'm bulkin right now, so that extra yolk helps me get in my fats a bit..I'm not as strict right now since I'm trying to gain.
Hmmm how often? Pretty much every time I workout...So minimum so on average 4times a week... Most of the exercises I do involve working the core...so allot of deadlifts squats and compound movements.
I work my core everyday. The best way to add size and stay lean is to keep your diet as clean as possible but every 2 weeks or so increase your carb intake. Check out fighterdiet.com Pauline Nordin can give you more detailed help with re-feeds.
