To start to get stronger for football and wrestling.
Why I Love It:
Nothing gets me over stress like hitting the gym, Helps in Sports, Living a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the feeling after a workout. I am in a terriable mood when I don't. Found out September 25 I had type 1 diabetes. Lost a bunch of weight and muscle, now coming back.

What is the best age to start lifting weights?
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Only doing auxillory lifts instead of the "basic" lifts such as bench, squat, deadlifts.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Find a workout program and schedule and stick to it.

It's tougher mentally than physically compared to high school.
Our team lifts 2x a week during season, nothing heavy just some work to get the blood flowing.

carbs are essential. The amount of carbs depends on your goals. But eat clean, no junk, your blood sugars will thank you.

it takes a bit for your body to get used to it. just eat clean 99% of the time.
