I love the feeling after a workout. I am in a terriable mood when I don't. Found out September 25 I had type 1 diabetes. Lost a bunch of weight and muscle, now coming back.

doobz0326 Thanks man . Visit doobz0326's BodySpace Today, 12:03pm I am good trying this new hardcore program That I am posting on my workout page. It is 5 days on 2 off and cardio I am on day 3 of the first week . I hit chest and back and Biceps so far. its pushing me past my limits . gonna try it for 6 weeks and see the results.
