How I Started:
I started in 2003 when I was at my heaviest of 230lbs. I was heavy my ENTIRE life....from maybe 6 yrs old. I've never felt completely comfortable with my body, and its always been a struggle. I'm determined to reach my goals summer of 2008, atleast 19% bodyfat, no matter what weight that is.
Why I Love It:
I love the results. After initially losing 46lbs. I love how I transformed my body. Now that I been at this look for some time, I'm ready to complete my journey, I've done enough slacking this year....
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about being on magazine covers... and walking around in a super tight tank and jeans with a pair of sexy heels, and having 150% confident, not worried about sucking in my stomach or if my rolls are showing in the back lol.

Ok i just finished watching Extreme pigouts on the travel channel and i'm blown away in disbelief of one diner they featured called 'The heat-attack clinic ". Where their specialty are hamburgers named after heart procedures.
just finished reading your blog and looking at your progression pics. You have really made some good progress. I wanted to ask you what is team poynter? I am new to BB and just wasnt sure what that was. Keep up the good work:)
How are you? I see you dropping fat and if your scale number hasn't changed, it is because of you adding lean mass with weeks 1-4..
The change will come, keep in contact and I will make adjustments if needed..
