How I Started:
I started in 2003 when I was at my heaviest of 230lbs. I was heavy my ENTIRE life....from maybe 6 yrs old. I've never felt completely comfortable with my body, and its always been a struggle. I'm determined to reach my goals summer of 2008, atleast 19% bodyfat, no matter what weight that is.
Why I Love It:
I love the results. After initially losing 46lbs. I love how I transformed my body. Now that I been at this look for some time, I'm ready to complete my journey, I've done enough slacking this year....
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about being on magazine covers... and walking around in a super tight tank and jeans with a pair of sexy heels, and having 150% confident, not worried about sucking in my stomach or if my rolls are showing in the back lol.

Hey girl! I love D4! I've used it ever since I started the EFD plan... just recently took a break from them though, gonna cycle on another fat burner and go back to them in a few weeks. It's a really mellow fat burner, I usually took them right before I went to the gym... the Thermal Shock is great too if you like ones with a stimulant!
GLAD TO HEAR IT!!!! And yes Ma'am, I am going into week 3 tomorrow....I am loving it! Today is Day 20.....I cheated a tiny bit last night (it was a friends Birthday and we went out to dinner) but nothing major and I was more good than bad! You are going to love the changes! Keep me posted!

He provides the meal plan, workout, and unconditional support along the way. Plus we have our own body group, Team Poynter, where we share tips, trades, and success stories. Really helps to keep us motivated.
