How I Started:
My uncle one Christmas along with some other items gave me two Muscle and Fitness Magazines. I knew I dad to lose some weight to be able to compete better in basketball. I started doing some simple workouts in my basement and I got completely hooked.
Why I Love It:
For me working out is used as a positive outlet to relieve any stress that goes on in my life. I love to escape for two ours and it be just the weights and I. Lifting followed with a proper diet definitely improves your lifestyle and it can't hurt with the ladies.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting a goal and never giving up till you reach that goal. Strive to make yourself better everyday and when I look in the mirror and see the change happening you can't help but keep it up. Any time someone else gives you a compliment on "how you physique has changed" is definately another motivation booster.
BB Accomplishments:
I weigh less now than I did in eighth grade.
