How I Started:
After automobile failure, regenerative therapy I have chosen parkur. I have noted, that at me weak legs and awfully unexercised body as a whole! It has terribly angered me!!!
Therefore I have come to gym. I have told to the trainer that I wish to find muscle strength and increase body weight.
Why I Love It:
Trainings with weights allow to compensate hard work of the programmer. In a gym i switched from the purposes of the employer to yourself and the own purposes. Results of trainings evidently show your cost and temper your character. You receive a charge of vivacity and good mood. The confidence of and of the opportunities increases.
Physical achievements do the person free!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I speak that the person much more, than of myself have got used to think.
I speak myself, that if I shall concede now to the weaknesses it will weaken my will and purposefulness.
It is very pleasant to lay down the aim and to reach it.

And still thanks my trainer for intolerable burning in muscles. It has managed to show me, that I regret myself. Also has shown that such the present training. :-)
I begin 5x5 workout again (First time - started in Dec 2006 to Feb 2007 and it has given me excellent results).
Now, i increase calories rate from 2500 to 3300 and protein level to 300 gr per day in my daily food.
My favorite exercise - Bench press in variants and fav Bodyparts - Chest...
