How I Started:
Was about to get married (did get married and have been happily married for 6 years now), fell upon OXYGEN magazine and got to my lightest weight (i don't even think it was healthy when I think of it now), then I got pregnant with twins....6 months after them back to pre-preggo weight.
I have way more muscle now than I ever did after my 3rd! Can't wait to build more!
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body change and am amazed that the body CAN change.
