My dad has lifted since he was a kid, so I've always been around it. Took me a long while to really catch on to it.

Because if there's one thing someone cannot take away from you, it's your own body. Build it how you want it.

So over the past few months, I've dropped some weight.   I've been training for my first half marathon, which I completed on September 2 at the Virginia Beach Rock and Roll Half Marathon.  I feel like I'm in the best shape I've ever been in.  While training for the run, I got very interested...
