as of right now i just have my diet perfect due to the fact i am attending ISSA for nutrition. now my work outs are just for strength gains an now that i weigh way less than i thought im going to just put on more muscle mass an try to lean out all at the same time.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
its hard cause i live and breathe gym, supplements, nutrition, sports..etc. her not so much but its not quite that relevant.
Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
it just simply makes me happier

well i am attending school for nutrition so of coarse my health matters.

Post workout I just take some branch chain amino acids and creatine. Thanks for the nice comment. I have been working hard and I have a great trainer who has taught me alot about training and nutrition.
