Hope you are packing on lean mass. No fun getting too plump again after you have seen yourself ript! Bigger and ript is what you need to do the Northern Kentucky novice. That is a TOUGH first comp! Keep in mind the OCB Circle City in May has a PURE novice class if u haven't placed higher than 4th in another show.
Going for the Northern Kentucky comp eh? TOUGH contest! Gives you a few months to put some more size on before you start cutting up! You will do well in the novice if you show up ript.
I will be at the comp helping a couple of buds. Hope u have buds to help u with your mandatory poses, bodypainting and other prep work! U should be doing the mandatories every day for a half hour, hold each one for 30-45 seconds. hardens u up, gets u used to flexing w/o shaking.
Don't fret! You've come a long way and now, you just have to dig deep and refocus. I'm in the same boat and everyday I have to remind myself why I am doing this. You look great and you can do this! Good luck :)
Man, I have to admit. I need some motivation, too bro. Since the competition, I've just been out of it mentally. Like I realize it's nearly impossible to hold onto the pre-contest definition, but it sure is nice. haha Oh well, next year ya know? Time to BULK up!
To get on magazine covers you need to have muscles, be ripped, have a good tan, and be relentless in marketing yourself. It also helps if you have a good agent. Go to www.tencasting.com and submit yourself to them.
