What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
try smaller & more attainable goals,short term ones,that way,you're always improving and never get bored or fustrated

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-20.I always mixe it up,so that my body keeps improving & growing
