How I Started:
Well, I was in a relationship for 5yrs back in my hometown of San Antonio, did not take care of myself and I weighed a fat 211lbs when I moved to Houston.. After a year here I joined a gym and watched what I ate.... I went down to 167Lbs, but with no muscle. So I decided to lift weights. I am 180Lbs now but some fat did come with the muscle, but will work on it.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it's more like a stress-reliever to me. I see alot of people chatting away at the gym with each other which is fine, but that just isnt me. When I'm at the gym, thats my alone time.
How I Stay Motivated:
The better results I see in the mirror and the compliments I get from friends and family, even strangers is a plus....
BB Accomplishments:
Well I have none yet, but I really want to get seriously invovled with it. But I need to get my game on before I can proceed to go anyfurther. I see too many guys at the gym who think they are so big and muscular and walk around like they have everything.... and they dont... These are the same guys trying to give advice to others who look better then they do... I think thats just funny... well thats not me, I know what I see in the mirror.. so until I perfected myself... then you will see me go further..
