godric74 Feeling good, i just joined a new GYM and its called 24 hr Fitness, I am able to workout anytime. My first nite I was heavy on the bars around 2am WHAT WHAT Apr 27, 2010 6:19pm

godric74 lol that was less than 106 days.I have lost and maintained that what for over a month. Toning your body is a lot of work and reasearch. A good diet,cardio and dedicated work outs is KEY Apr 21, 2010 8:31pm
