Got on the scale, saw my 370 pound fat ass and said enough is enough.

I am having a hard time. Dedication and determination to lose weight cant do a f*cking thing for loose and sagging skin. I lost a lot of weight and I feel uglier in the mirror now than I did before. If you are 100+ pounds overweight and plan on losing it, save some money for plastic surgery when you hit your goal. I wish I would have known this when I started.

I want to have an active physique and an overall healthy mind and body. I want to be lean enough to eat the foods I used to enjoy but maintain a proper body form.

That is incredible that you lost 125 in 10 months, Keep up the good job brother..... bodybuilding to me is a lifestyle and not a hobby-- I simply love it... take care
