Weighted Crunches (115 lbs)
3 sets 15 repetitions
*I do this on a ab machine laying on my back and sitting up. Sitting up I can pin the machine at 225 lbs. with 10 repetitions. Also, I drop down to about 60 lbs when I jump on an inclined situp machine with two 30 lbs dumbells on my chest and I do 3 sets with 10 repetitions.
Trunk Twists (2 types of machines)
3 sets 15 repetitions (110 lbs)
