Workout Program:
Every other day I strength train. I've only been doing this program for about 3 weeks. I use light free weights for my arms and shoulders. I use machines for hip/thigh and leg toning. For my abs I do crunches, bicycle, ab pikes and stablizing poses.
I do cardio every day. I either walk or ride my bike. I'm still waiting to see dramatic results. The process is a little slow, but I feel good and love the high I get after working out.
