No muscle tone - out of shape - 188 lbs
Look at my gut and huge thighs. I carry most of my weight on the bottom portion of my body. When I got back home from this trip I decided to lose the weight.
I'm making progress. My current weight right now is 151lbs. Yes, OMG is what I said!

This was a cruise to the Bahamas last December. I lost the weight but it wasn't until January of 2007 when I started to lift weights and become more toned and muscularly defined.

Gained muscle and fat

I travel a lot and this picture was taken in Mexico. I gained a little muscle but I also gained fat too because I was eating a bunch of JUNK! When I'm away from home I lack the discipline to eat clean.

Back on track - lost the weight - 165 Lbs

I lost the weight I gained from last month. This picture was taken on my birthday. Now that I was back home I went back to eating clean and staying dedicated to my workout regimen. You can't see any muscles unless I fleck but they are there.....somewhere. I promise! LOL!

Last month I was told that I need to work on my abs and lift heavier. Ta Da! I did what I was told.

Even though I cheated a couple of days I manage to stay devoted to my eating. My ab routine didn't change. I did the same ab workout as always. The only thing I changed since last month was my eating.

Now that I have found the correct routine for my legs I am taking pictures to monitor my progress. I carry most of my weight in this area and I need to see how long it will take to eliminate it so that my muscles can show.

I must REALLY want to transform my body badly to show this picture. I don't mind the junk in the trunk but I hate the cellulite that formed on the back of my upper thigh. This is the only area I have it in and it's getting on my nerves. Time for it to GO BYE BYE!!!!!!

I think I need to loose more body fat from around my stomach and add weights to my ab workout. Not bad but I beleive my abs could be better.

My right arm finally caught up with my left arm. So now they are both 13 inches. Hooray!!!!!! Oh and they are nice and hard. Two months ago they were soft.

I am VERY happy about the progress in my legs. I thought it would take three months to see some progress but this is with one month and I'm very happy with the results.

My right leg is really coming along. I'm pretty proud of this progress. I'm working sooooooo hard on gaining muscles in my legs. I want this so badly.

This is very frustrating. My left leg is not as defined as my right leg. ARG!!! I think I have more fat on that leg but I need to figure out how to balance this.

I use to complain about my arms but they are coming along as expected. I've been having some shoulder pain so I've been missing several workouts with my back so there's not much progress there.

If I could stay devoted to my eating my abs would look better. But now that I have a date for my first competition I believe I'll be more focused on stickling to my clean eating. My next progress pictures will be posted the first week of December.

The worst decision I ever made was going on a bulk. My bulk was 80% clean and 20% dirty and look what happened. I'll never bulk again! It's not worth and it doesn't work for me.

This is the result of a 2 1/2 month bulk. It may not look like I gained a lot during this bulk but I did. I gained any where between 20 - 25 pounds. I have no idea how much weight is from water, fat or muscles. I should have a good idea come Feb.

I start my 16 week cut on December 17. As usual my left leg is more defined than my right. I have mixed feelings about bulking. Time will tell if I'll do it again.

This is me after being on a cut for 4 weeks! I lost 9 pounds and have more to go. So for 4 weeks I've been eating extremely clean, doing massive amounts of cardio and lifting heavy. I'll never bulk again. NEVER!

My legs are coming along well and the fat from them is slowly leaving. I'm more concerned with my lower body than my upper body because my upper body is coming along nicely but I need a lot of work on my lower half.

The fat is leaving my legs at a very slow rate but it's leaving. I am trying to be patient with this but it does bother me that my legs are taking their sweet time to form.

I can't believe how much I bust my ass to lose weight from that stupid bulk. I could have been using this time to perfect my legs but instead I'm using it to lose weight and maintain muscle. Never again! This is me at 171 lbs. Four pounds lighter before the bulk.

The folds in my stomach are from me hunching over. I can't believe I lost all that fat in such a short period of time! It's amazing what your mind can do when you set it on something.

10 weeks out from 4th competition. The fat in my legs have gone down by 3 inches but I still have more to go. BRING ON THE CARDIO!

Talk about improvements. I have the same states this year 7 weeks out than I did when I was one week out from my first competition last year.
