Look at my gut and huge thighs. I carry most of my weight on the bottom portion of my body. When I got back home from this trip I decided to lose the weight.
I'm making progress. My current weight right now is 151lbs.
Yes, OMG is what I said!
Kassandre inspires me because she's a sista who's been on the both sides of the fence (from fat to fab). But what I like most about her is her legs. I always loved her legs from the git go and she knows that. She inspires me to get my legs to pop! She's also natural which proves that it can be done! As long as you are committed and determine it can be done naturally.
Shortly after joining BB.com I saw Ed's profile and was amazed in his physique. This man clearly shows that bodybuilding is the fountain of youth. Ed's legs are AWESOME and I've been a fan of his workout and determination since 2007. He was one of the few people in the 35 and over forum who encouraged me to stay focus on my goals. I'll never forget that! One day I'm gonna get a chance to meet my "super hero" and I have no doubt in my mind that our path will cross one day.

I like the tone and definition you have achieved. you are an inspiration to all women who desire to be fit. keep up the good work. Also, the Bible says, "bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable in all things".
Saw you at TDetroits site and was impresed! Dilevery man got a show......ok. Got a challange for you for thanksgiveing up on my blog if you are up for it. A way to work of the gravey and trictofan!
I gotta update my stuff! I made one last ditch effort to get on the stage earlier this year and as before, my body just wasn't having it. It wasn't responding well to trying to adapt that lifestyle so I decided to hang up competing - at least in a figure/bodybuilding capacity.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I have been in NYC and having a great time... Um I probably don't need to mention that the diet went to hell but I was on vacation and part of that (for me) is eating really food... and I did! Hahaha!
HiYa, how are you? your progress photos are great, well done and keep it up. I did the marathon in France last Sunday, great race, lot of steep hills so I was 15mins slower. Out of action for 6 weeks plus from next week as I am getting my knee reconstructed. Take Care, Tom
