Look at my gut and huge thighs. I carry most of my weight on the bottom portion of my body. When I got back home from this trip I decided to lose the weight.
I'm making progress. My current weight right now is 151lbs.

Michel displays emotional strength and mental focus like no other. When my cat died I felt so helpless but everyday I would think about Michel and how he dealt with the lose of his beautiful wife. Even though both of our loses were different it didn't make the pain any easier. By watching Michel pick up the pieces and continued onward taught me to do the same thing. Though we never met I feel like Michel is part of my family and we known each other for years. He will always be my inspiration.
Kassandre inspires me because she's a sista who's been on the both sides of the fence (from fat to fab). But what I like most about her is her legs. I always loved her legs from the git go and she knows that. She inspires me to get my legs to pop! She's also natural which proves that it can be done! As long as you are committed and determine it can be done naturally.
So I got up a little early this Saturday morning because I want to get some cardio in before going to my MMA center to watch several fights at this month's Muay Thai tournament. Then when I leave there I'm gonna come back to my gym to work out my back and shoulders.

* Monday - Shoulders and back
* Tuesday - biceps and triceps
* Wednesday - Legs and chest
* Thursday - Shoulders and back
* Friday - biceps and triceps
* Saturday - Legs
* Sunday - no workout
I think I finally get this 'off season'. I'll do my first national show next July! In the meantime, I'm trying to grow. I'd like to put on 3-5 pounds and stay fairly lean. Tried increasing the carbs and that doesn't work for the kid. LOL!
