no worries. yeah you'll get there bro, besides summers the best time to stay motivated a lot can be accomplished in a summer's time! prior to last summer i was in awful, awful condition and my profile pic was taken last july or august lol. im trying to improve a lot right now too cuz i slacked for a long time and am no better off now than in that pic size wise, its easy for me to get cut but very hard for me to pack on weight lol

Sure, I could show you some of my fav ab exercises. However, your diet/cardio will play a bigger role. Get your bf% down and you will see the abs.

taking any kind of fat burner will make results faster ONLY if your diet is in check. thats the first thing you got to look at and see if your in a deficit of cals. so if all an all are good i personally like betastax by bioquest
