I have eleminated deadlifts from my workouts.  Deadlifts were taxing my body too much.   I am focusing on squats for legs instead.  I haven't gained any weight since reaching the 172 mark but I am noticing my body changing.  I am taking less whey protein as well.  I only take whey protein...
