i was 145 lbs when i started college (about the time of my first progress pic) and some random girl at the bar told me that i was way too skinny.... ever since then, i've been hitting the gym to bulk up a bit
Why I Love It:
i love seeing my hard work pay off and it gives me something to constantly work at.
How I Stay Motivated:
it really motivates me when people i've known for a while compliment me and recognize that i'm getting bigger
i've always been very skinny and just want to bulk up and add some lean mass. i started out weighing 145 when i went to college and i just graduated weighing 175. i've still got a long way to go and i don't see myself every stopping
