How I Started:
I actually got started through a friendly competition among coworkers. The competition is over (I won!) but I need to keep going. Got many more pounds to shed.
Why I Love It:
I was always very active in school. If a sport was offered I played. Even tried to join the football team! They wouldn't let me though. Working out makes me feel great. Gives me so much energy!
How I Stay Motivated:
A friend talked me into trying a kickboxing class at the YMCA. I was instantly hooked - must be the great instructor - thanks Annette!!!!
Anybody have any luck taking Cytolean? I have been on it for a couple of weeks now on the recommendation from my trainer. I am finding that I am more hungry taking this! - and not for good food either! Yikes! Still losing but struggling to get through this hunger. My diet is very high in...

I commented on your blog, and I am a fan of 6 meals a day. I find it hard to do too, but I do it. All it is is breakfast lunch and dinner with a few protien shakes or bars thrown in as snacks. that's the way i convince myself that it can be done...lol
How kind of you! Remember that I weighed 209 when I delivered my first daughter 20 years ago...and she was only 9lbs of that! Be patient, work hard, and you CAN get there!
