How I Started:
My 9 year relationship ended and I became extreamly depressed. I was willing to try anything to be happy again, so I started going to the gym. It became theropy for me. Almost a year later im completly hooked on working out and seeing results
Why I Love It:
I love to see the transformation and the compliments from friends and family. Its very much like theropy for me. I could have the crappiest day, and the gym seems to clear my slate!

Seeing results and watching my clothes get to small.....lol

In this pic I am 208 lbs which I gained 13 lbs in 3 months as compared to the previous pic. Im very serious about my routine workout and more concious of my eating habbits. Im taking Creatine, L glutamine, and 100% Whey Protein. Overall getting unexpected quick reults!!
Electronic bodyfat measurement is terrible. Always way off. Try getting some calipers and doing a 7 fold pinch test. Much more accurate. PM me if you need a link to find out how to do the 7 fold.

lets say with how much calories u gein muscles?
everage day of ur training how much u eat in a day of practise and in a day of rest?
Work on eating clean. Watch the carbs. Read the ingredient list. My rule is, if you didn't make it yourself - don't eat it. Processed food stuff has been altered so much that it is basically useless calories.

wHEN IT COMES TO LOSIN FAT , there are few ways..
I suggest u to use less Carbohydrates...
Most of ur calories should come from the protein.The point is making ur body use fat as energy and not Carbohydrates...
U need to born more calories then u pput in..
Lets say ur fat % is 20 .63 calories per each 1%...so it means u can be63*20= 1200 calories under ur number of calories u eat a day.Stay away from bad fats.Now every 8-10 days u need to eat ALOT Carbohydrates so u confuse ur metabolizem.
