INSANE transformation. Good for you bro. I want to get that lean. Never really dropped to 4-5% bodyfat before. EXCELLENT!

I don't know man. Currently I'm training for my modeling. I want to gain muscle so I can drop to lower bodyfat %

Thx for the comment man. Yeah, I'm a senior. And no I don't really do any sports, just some basketball for fun. My training usually drains my muscles dry so I chose not to do any serious sport.

Eat 4-6 nutritious meals. Carefully calculated by taking into consideration total calories and nutrient ratios. Train to failure on the last two sets of each exercise. One Muscle group per day. And most important POST-WORKOUT nutrition. Raise your insulin levels and then send over your muscle building nutrients. That's for Bulking
