I said it's time to take advantage of my frame, and really use my time on something creative. And couldn't do it without Tom Venuto's "Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle"

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depending on my program. 6-8 for strength and bulk, 8-12 for endurance and peaks.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-60sec. Longer if needed. I like to hit the weights with intensity so lest rest means more hustle.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
