When I Started:
How I Started:
I got started working out in middle school while in football offseason. I loved how my body started changing as our training went on and I've been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it completely relaxes me. I get away from thinking about bills, school, or anything else that adds stress to my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I feel unmotivated, I'll put in the Pumping Iron DVD or open up Arnold Schwartzenneger's Enclyclopedia of Bodybuilding. Just seeing what those guys accomplished is enough to light the fire up in me and want to go train til' I drop. My wife also keeps me going, especially when I am feeling down.
BB Accomplishments:
I think the hardest I worked in my bodybuilding experiences was to get to be 200 pounds. It took forever. Here I am now trying to drop below 200!!
My short term goal is to lose excess bodyfat and drop my weight to about 195 pounds. I would also like to improve my calves, forearms, abs, and shoulders.
Goal (Long):
My longterm goal is to have a solid 205-210 pound body with about 7% bodyfat.
I started a new program after my old one got stale. I did it for almost 6 months! Way too long. This new one is hard as hell. I may need something to help my muscles recooperate better since I do each body part twice a week. Anyone know any good suppliments.
Its goin ok i guess. I ve kinda been stuck reping 210 for a couple weeks. So iam trying to find out what iam doing wrong. But tomorrow is chest and tris so iam goin to try incline bench with incline flys. I have been doin flat bench so hopefully this will help.
