How I Started:
I had precancerous tumors & I was bedridden for several months. My weight went up big time. And I swore I would whatever it took to get off & keep it off
Why I Love It:
It's a major stress reliever. And it's a daily investment in myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Some days it's hard and I just grind through it. But I remember where I was and I'm determined not to slide down that slope again.
BB Accomplishments:
It was a couple of years ago when I was physically capable of doing a pullup without any assistance. The feeling was unbelievable!!

Goal (Long):
I've had a weight problem most of my life. Five years ago I started on this road. In spite of some setbacks I've lost over 100# & have kept it off. What I want to acheive by my birthday (mid-July) is to put on 12 pounds of muscle & shed 15 punds of fat. I could care less about having shredded abs. I just want a flat stomach and definition in my arms, back & legs. And more mass on my calves. I would be a very happy pup.
