It mainly started during football season of last year but i had been off and on till like november and now m trying hard as possible to keep a steady work out schedule.
Why I Love It:
jsut the rush you get from it... i like the burning sensation it the very end of my work out... i like seeing results just like any other bb/ person who works out. the feeling of being the strongest person in the world even though im not even close.
How I Stay Motivated:
just knowing that the more a work out the better i will look and if thats not enough then idk what is.
BB Accomplishments:
so far just toner abs but im goging to work on that alot more along wit the rest of my body.
gain as much muscle as i can and loss some fat too.
Goal (Long):
gain as much muscle as i can...id like to gain 15 to 20 ibs of muscle and get ride of as much fat on my body as possible, increase size in my chest chizeled abs and bigger bicep and forearm.
