i hear ya there man. well if you are wanting to get some def then have you started taking any fat burners at all? i have taken some. Really look into them and find out reviews on them from other people. People I know said that VPX Meltdown doesnt do anything at all. I have taken Lipo6X, AtroPhex,thermonex, And Hydroxycut. The one i prefer the most is atrophex. You can really feel it working. It also help with maintaining your hunger cravings too.

Well Molina and I want to start Body for LIfe tomorrow. It will be 12 weeks long and he says he wants his 6 pak back for his wife Roxie. I said I want to get my 6 pak for myself and for our wedding in March to renew our vows. It will be tough but I know I can do it. So I'm going to get pics before and after and start my bodyspace and i would like to put ours together.

Goodness! There are people here who are far better qualified to answer that here but I take a decent MV, Glutamine, and would start back up on 2000mg CLA 3x daily if I was more organised! Other than that I have Protein powder twice a day. It all depends on where she is fitness-wise and what her goals are really...
