i usually do 12 reps
and 4 sometimes 5 sets

This tour is almost over.  Made some nice accomplishments this tour, and they include getting my Personal Trainer Certification.  Did not hurt myself at the Gym and managed to increase my overall bench by 10 LBS. I had to drop weight since last deployment due to developing tendonitis on...

i hear ya there man. well if you are wanting to get some def then have you started taking any fat burners at all? i have taken some. Really look into them and find out reviews on them from other people. People I know said that VPX Meltdown doesnt do anything at all. I have taken Lipo6X, AtroPhex,thermonex, And Hydroxycut. The one i prefer the most is atrophex. You can really feel it working. It also help with maintaining your hunger cravings too.

Hey hubby, Well Molina and I want to start Body for LIfe tomorrow. It will be 12 weeks long and he says he wants his 6 pak back for his wife Roxie. I said I want to get my 6 pak for myself and for our wedding in March to renew our vows. It will be tough but I know I can do it. So I'm going to get pics before and after and start my bodyspace and i would like to put ours together. Your Loving Wife

Is she on Bodyspace too? If so, she is more than welcome to contact me so I can get a better idea of what she wants, but again, I'm really no expert! Otherwise, if she is already doing cardio and wants to add weights, I highly recommend Body for life (www.bodyforlife.com) as that's what got me started...Best wishes!

Goodness! There are people here who are far better qualified to answer that here but I take a decent MV, Glutamine, and would start back up on 2000mg CLA 3x daily if I was more organised! Other than that I have Protein powder twice a day. It all depends on where she is fitness-wise and what her goals are really...
