Overall Goal: Drop some pounds - put some muscle back where it belongs.

I've been going to Iron Works Gym for the past 2 months with my nephew and it's been great. Everyone is helpful and my technique is improvi
Enjoyed pushing my body and making it do what I wanted it to do.
Why I Love It:
Beating personal goals - having really great sessions where you're dead afterward.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the pounds drop off and the bar weight increase.
BB Accomplishments:
I have been pushing weights for 30 years but it wasn't until recently that I got in with a group of true pros that I found out how bad my technique was - a real eye opener.
