How I Started:
I started many years ago in High School and then life went to hell. I am in a good place in my life right now and started up again. But I know I have a long way to go, especially if I would like to get where I was then or even close to it.
Why I Love It:
I love the high I get from it. The feel of the burning in my muscles.
How I Stay Motivated:
I sometimes have a hard time staying motivated. Unless I am at the gym, I can't get moivated at home working out.

My long term goal, once my weight is under control is to build muscle through out my body with very low body fat. But I don't want to get to far a head of myself. Need to start slow.
