Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

When I was 8 years old I started to go to the gym with my dad to watch him and his partner workout. I remember I couldnt wait until I could lift heavy weight like them, my dad was my idol i wanted to be like just like him in everyway. I would cheer him on to achieve his goals. Finally one day my dad told me it was my time to start training after I developed some muscle, I was 12 years old. I worked out with him and his partener for 4 years until I started to get involved in High School sports and then I worked out in at my high school.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working because it keeps me focus with my life and makes me feel healthy and alive.

I stay motivated through my friends and family. My number one motivator is my daughter, i want to be healthy for her. Also wtihout my friends Chris, Sawyer, and Scott and obviously my dad, I would never be where I am at now.
