I love lifting weightrs. I started to workout when I was in collage., I have loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love creating goals for myself, improving my body, and the way I feel about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing how good I look and knowing how much better I can look in the future.

I have never competed, & don't intend to. I just want to live a healthy lifestyle, and look as good as I can.

Google "DOMS" its where your muscles get really sore after a workout. It doesn't have to be lifting. I ride a bike alot. I can get DOMS anywhere from 8-24 hours AFTER a ride. It's a dull achey kind of throbbing. Quite alot of people get it.
I need to make more changes in what I eat. This past year what I out into my mouth has changed a lot. It started with more water intake. Then I began to eat more fruits and vegetables. It was a slow process for me, but real change, the type that lasts, often is for most people. With God's...

Your welcome. I used to here the same thing and people would not believe they were my natural eyes.It used to be embarrasing when the teachers would sit me in the front so they could look at my eyes all day. I have gotten used to it now and never get tired of it.Thanks for the compliment.
