Great job on your race time! Isn't crossing a finish line one of the coolest feeling ever? The energy level afterwards is out of this world! I am hard at work for my stairclimb challenge in March. I want to shave 7 minutes off my time from last year. 1,311 steps/69 flights of stairs! It's insane!!

My workouts are going well but my meal plans have been horrible ever since I went on vacation. I got the taste of delicious fattening food all over again and my brain refuses to turn it off! So I am getting all my protein powders and supplements stocked back up again so I can hit my plan full force again. How about you? Still training for your race?

Wow you look great! Did it take you 4 years to lose all your weight or did it take you less time? I have a pair of big pants I take pictures with too, but I'm wearing mine when I do it to judge my progress. I refuse to fit into them again!!

Wow your progress is insane! You don't even look the same anymore. Keep up the great work. You definitely make me want to stick on track and kill it in the gym! You've proven that it takes time but it is so worth it!

Welcome to Team Poynter! My brother did the PFD plan and he did awesome on it. I am rooting for you! I have done the EFD for 10 weeks, then took 2 weeks of vacation and am basically re-starting over with meal plans. It's amazing how fast you can start to ruin a good thing!

Thank you so much for working out with Austin and Rob! I am so proud of Rob's progress, and having friends like you and Jeff and Nikki helps to keep him on track. Lord knows he won't listen to me, I'm so happy he figured out on his own! *hugs*

Thank you so much for working out with me today! I want to say I am strong enough to do it on my own, but after 2 weeks of missing workouts I need you with me in the gym! Keeps me motivated and wanting to stay on track! Friday is almost here and we will kick butt!

Hi Robin! I am loving the results I am getting. I never thought I would be where I am at, and look forward to where I am aiming to be. Vacation ends tomorrow and back 100% on my meal plan for another 8 weeks. How are you doing? Enjoying summer and bikini wearing?

That is a huge tire! How far did you have to push it? I love your name on here by the way. I saw the documentary and it freaked me out forever. Haven't been in McDonald's for either myself or my kids since! Have a great Friday and weekend!

Running is great exercise. I miss running actually. I used to run 2 miles every morning before work but once I started lifting weights I gave up on running. Need to find that balance between the two. I'm starting stair climbing again next week. 89 steps up and down till I reach a total of 1,311. I'm training for a timed stair climb in March. My second year for it. Tell your wife Bodyspace is rooting for her and you!
