Goal (Long):
Adding size is my main goal for the "40 Plusers" current 12 Week Challenge except, for the waist line of course. Here's where we want to get to: Chest 42 1/2", Waist 31", Biceps add 3/4" to 1", Thighs add 1" to 1 1/2", Calves add 1/4" to 1/2". Get BF to 9-10% and keep the added muscle.

I want to GAIN 5 lb

9%

Day 18 (Thur) Focused mainly on shoulders and legs. In between sets I did some Ab work instead of total 1-2min rest period. No HIIT today.

Yes, I was a P90X'er, two rounds. Tony Horton's sister has a gym in Medford so I finally got to meet the man and take his class--he is hysterical!
