Goal (Long):
Adding size is my main goal for the "40 Plusers" current 12 Week Challenge except, for the waist line of course. Here's where we want to get to: Chest 42 1/2", Waist 31", Biceps add 3/4" to 1", Thighs add 1" to 1 1/2", Calves add 1/4" to 1/2". Get BF to 9-10% and keep the added muscle.
Why I like this video: Now that the workout is complete...PROTEIN is important. Watch to see how to properly prepare your poultry dish and vegetables!!

I did. Man o man, mission accomplished with your bulking. Bravo. Great work, and in such a short period of time! Re: Thanksgiving. I did a healthy Thanksgiving menu that I am going to blog about and share recipes in the next day or so.
Awesome job, Glenn! You can see the difference in muscle density in your torso and arms. Well done! I'm looking forward to participating in the next challenge in January.

Thanks Glenn, you too buddy. I am thankful for you guys on here. You have really driven me to keeping grinding it out. I have made the best progress of my life! Cheers
The picture looks ok, but I think that I gained a few pounds since. I just got back to the states and am looking for a new gym. It's more work that the work out.
You are VERY sweet, Glenn! It was fun. Honestly, I don't see a huge change, but I don't hate what I see either! I appreciate your support always. Thanks for your comments/ratings on my pics. That pug is just fine. She's perfect size!
LOL, thanks Glenn :) Yes, I do love B&W photography and I like playing with lighting as well. The lens of the camera can see things so differently than the human eye. So interesting...and fun!
