Rock & Roll for the next 12 Week and Kick Some BUTT in the "40 Plusers" 12 Week Challenge! ...It's all about SIZE this time!
Goal (Long):
Adding size is my main goal for the "40 Plusers" current 12 Week Challenge except, for the waist line of course. Here's where we want to get to: Chest 42 1/2", Waist 31", Biceps add 3/4" to 1", Thighs add 1" to 1 1/2", Calves add 1/4" to 1/2". Get BF to 9-10% and keep the added muscle.

Hey, thanks for dropping by. Long time no hear. Looking shredded there mister glen. I gotta google that ken doll you spoke of. I googled some regular ken dolls to do a face comparison but they were all much handsomer than me so I ditched the idea. LOL.
Really been focusing on a true long term goal that I have always had. To do the Iron Cross. I think I really need to lose 10-15 lbs to start to think about it. Any advice on the rings?

Ya it totally stinks - I'm down to 4 days a week, basically had to remove a shoulders split from my training. Doc says 3 more weeks, but want to make sure it's solid before I start workin' good.

Absolutely Glenn, I'm 2 weeks into a new program. 3 days on, 1 off, 2 days on, 1 off. It's going well.
I notice that you like AC/DC, my 100% best band. Saw them 1st in 1979/80 in London (Bon Scott) no less!
