Workout Program:
i have ben trying to cut down for summer, i take animal pack vitamins, glutemine and luekic, also take ripped force and something like extreme shocks to get me going, every thing has ben high entesity, i go from one work out to another with out too much rest to keep my heart rate pretty high, i only work out two muscle groups at a time in a day, and i also do cardio and abbs in the eveing, about an hour with th two combined, some times i will hit some odd muscle like fore arms or lower back at this time. it has ben working good for me so far.
