How I Started:
i worked out a littl in high school but nothing serious, when i moved to vegas i got into lifting more, i have made lots of improvments and i love it.
Why I Love It:
I jsut love getting the pump every time i work out, just being serious about lifting and improving my body
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the summer and taking my shirt off, need to look sexy for the ladies

went from 175- 205 in less than a year

I really just love to see gains in any way, it is kinda adicting, i used to be called fat in elimentry and middle school, so i know what it is like to be fat and made fun of, never again, i will stay healthy and fit for the rest of my life. I love getting those looks form people that you know are just envious of your body, i will shar my secrets and experieances with anybody.

i have ben trying to cut down for summer, i take animal pack vitamins, glutemine and luekic, also take ripped force and something like extreme shocks to get me going, every thing has ben high entesity, i go from one work out to another with out too much rest to keep my heart rate pretty high,...
