How I Started:
I looked at myself in the mirror. I got tired of the way I looked at years of drinking and eating unhealthy.
Why I Love It:
I've really gotten used to the lifestyle and it's great!! I love looking back in my log/journal and seeing the progress I've made over time. It's great to see how my body's composition has changed in the last 8 months.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set short-term achievable goals that will hopefully get me to where I want to be long term. I think of myself as a building, everyday is another brick being laid down until i'm finished building what I want
BB Accomplishments:
Losing about 35lbs and finally being able to workout at my own body weight.
Thats real good to hear. Good job! I used to do bench comps back in the day. The best I did was 365lbs. weighing 160. If you want any tips let me know.
